Cooking Instructions
Microwave Heating:
1. Thaw using the microwave oven’s recommended defrosting setting.
2. Remove the TGM Garlic Longganisa from the pack and transfer it to a microwavable container.
3. Microwave for 2-3 minutes in a high setting.
Pan Frying:
1. Thaw in the chiller overnight (8-12 hours).
2. Remove the TGM Garlic Longganisa from the pack and transfer to a preheated pan with 1-2 tbsp cooking oil.
3. Pan fry at a low-medium fire for 2-4 minutes or until the desired doneness is achieved while continuously turning the longganisa from side to side to avoid burning.
