Cooking Instructions:
Pan Frying:
1. Remove the TGM Pork Embutido from the pack and remove the aluminum foil.
2. Cut into 1/2″ thick slices and transfer to a preheated pan with 1-2 tbsp. cooking oil.
3. Pan fry at medium heat for 2-3 minutes each side or until the desired doneness is achieved.
Steaming:
1. Remove the TGM Pork Embutido from the pack and keep the aluminum foil.
2. Transfer it in a preheated steamer.
3. Steam the Pork Embutido for 30-40 minutes (if chilled) or 45-55 minutes (if frozen).
