Good mornings are made even better with The Good Meat’s Pork Tocino. A classic Filipino favorite using fork-tender local pork marinated in pineapple juice. Best paired with a steaming bowl of sinangag.
Pan Frying:
1. Thaw in chiller overnight (8-12 hours) or using the microwave oven’s recommended defrosting setting.
2. Remove the Pork Tocino from the pack and transfer to a preheated pan with 1-2 tbsp. cooking oil.
3. Pan fry at medium-high fire for 5-6 minutes each side or until the desired doneness is achieved.
