Instructions

  1. Heat palm oil in a pan for 1 minute. 
  2. Cook TGM Pork Tocino for 4–5 minutes per side until nicely caramelized. Cut into bite-sized pieces and set aside. 
  3. In another pan, scramble the eggs and set aside. 
  4. Using the same pan, sauté the mixed vegetables for 2 minutes over medium heat. 
  5. Add the cooked rice and mix well. Season with salt and pepper. 
  6. Add the cooked tocino and toss everything together. 
  7. Top with scrambled egg, nori strips, and apple slices. 
  8. Drizzle with sesame oil for that final touch. 
  9. Serve warm—or pack it for lunch and enjoy on the go!
