Instructions
- Heat palm oil in a pan for 1 minute.
- Cook TGM Pork Tocino for 4–5 minutes per side until nicely caramelized. Cut into bite-sized pieces and set aside.
- In another pan, scramble the eggs and set aside.
- Using the same pan, sauté the mixed vegetables for 2 minutes over medium heat.
- Add the cooked rice and mix well. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add the cooked tocino and toss everything together.
- Top with scrambled egg, nori strips, and apple slices.
- Drizzle with sesame oil for that final touch.
