1. Customize your Eggdrop! Eggdrop! scheme according to your preference.

A. Choose egg type
>Quantity x White XL 30s
>Quantity x White L 12s
>Quantity x Brown L 12s

B. Choose frequency
>Weekly (weekly orders are eggdropped according to day of the week eg: every Monday of the week)
>Monthly (monthly orders are eggdropped according to a specific date eg: every 25th of the month)
Deliveries are every Monday-Saturday only. Delivery dates that fall on Sundays and/or holidays will be rescheduled next working day.

C. Choose subscription duration
>3 months
>6 months
>1 year
Once checked out, your account will automatically be created and you will be able see the details of your eggscription.

2. Only 1 set of scheme is allowed per eggscription. Should you wish to add multiple product types (White XL 30s + White L12s), the succeeding product type will be of a different eggscription.
3. Only 1 Eggdrop location/address is allowed per eggscription. Should you wish to add multiple Eggdrop locations, subscribe to another Eggdrop! Eggdrop! scheme.
4. Payment methods are Cash, GCash upon delivery;
We also accept pre-payments on the day of the delivery via PayPal. You will receive an automated email to pre-pay prior to the dispatch of your items.
5. Should you wish to cancel your subscription, just go to My Accounts page and look for the Subscription tab, then cancel from there. Cancellation is only allowed for regular eggscriptions.

Eggscriptions that are tied with a promo (with freebie, discounted) cannot be cancelled.

Once booked, your chosen Eggdrop! Eggdrop! scheme is locked during the duration of the eggscription period. Should you wish to change any part of your scheme, please advise us of your desired changes by filling out the Contact Us form

Changes should be advised 3 days before the set delivery date.

I accidentally placed the wrong order, What should I do?

You may simply go to your cart and edit your orders. However, once you’ve clicked the checkout button, you may not be able to change it anymore. Make sure to check your scheme before checking out.

Delivered eggs are lacking and/or some eggs have cracks, what should I do?

In case of discrepancies and product inconsistencies, please fill out the contact us form and we’ll get back to you for a resolution.

Can I ask for an official receipt?

The tape receipt, which serves as the official receipt, will be delivered together with your orders. If you did not receive a receipt upon delivery, inform us via the contact us page.

Is there a delivery fee?

Delivery is FREE for Eggdrop! Eggdrop! transactions.

 

Can I include meat orders to my Eggdrop! Eggdrop! deliveries (“pasabay”)?

Yes you can include meats in your Eggdrop! Eggdrop! deliveries. Just order meats from the main site;  Upon checkout, under the delivery option, click DELIVER WITH MY EGGSCRIPTION. At the most, ordering should be the day before the eggscription delivery date. Meat orders should not exceed 15 kgs.

 

Can I pick-up my eggs from the store?

Yes. You just need to advise us via the contact us form the day before set delivery to avoid having your eggs dispatched through our riders.

What if I miss the delivery of my eggs?

If you miss the delivery, we will reschedule and update you on the new delivery date. We will only allow 1 delivery reschedule. If you aren’t able to receive your orders the second time, you will have to pick your items up at the The Good Meat Store at City Center Building, 338 Ortigas Avenue, San Juan City (Unit 1-A).

 

If you miss your delivery multiple times (max 2x) and/or continuously fail to pick up your pending items, we will put your next delivery on hold. Prolonged hold period, up to 1 cycle of redelivery and pick up will result in the cancellation of your eggscription.

Do you deliver outside Metro Manila?

Our current serviceable areas: 

NCR/Metro Manila: Caloocan, Las Piñas, Makati, Malabon, Mandaluyong, Manila, Marikina, Muntinlupa, Navotas, Parañaque, Pasay, Pasig, Pateros, Quezon City, San Juan, Taguig, Valenzuela.

NCR +: Cainta

For those not within the serviceable area, you may opt to arrange your own transport booking. Pick up point will be at The Good Meat store at City Center Building, 338 Ortigas Avenue, San Juan City (Unit 1-A).

Can I cancel my subscription

Should you wish to cancel your subscription, just go to My Accounts page and look for the Subscription tab, then cancel from there. Cancellation is only allowed for regular eggscriptions.
