Description

The Good Meat Brick Ham is made with quality meat expertly cured to perfection, resulting in a versatile, delectable ham that can be enjoyed anytime, anywhere.

This product is ready-to-eat but may be cooked if preferred.

Pan Frying (Optional):
1. Thaw in a chiller overnight (8-12 hours).
2. Remove TGM Brick Ham from the pack.
3. Slice according to desired thickness.
4. Heat enough cooking oil at medium heat.
5. Cook for one (1) minute on each side or until the desired doneness is achieved.
