Description
The Good Meat Pork Tonkatsu is made from pork loin slices with a thickness of 0.5” and weighs approximately 80g (±5g) per piece.
Tonkatsu is originally a deep-fried Japanese pork cutlet coated with panko or breadcrumbs. It is best paired with steamed rice and shredded cabbage.
